20. No judicial proceedings may be brought against a person acting within the Unité permanente anticorruption or a person authorized to conduct audits for an act or omission in good faith in the exercise of their functions under this Act.

20. No judicial proceedings may be brought against the Commissioner, the Commissioner’s personnel, the Associate Commissioners, members of the audit teams or investigation units designated by the Government or a person authorized to conduct audits for an act or omission in good faith in the exercise of their functions under this Act.
